Alchemy’s website and instagram has a link to order pints through the platform hotplate. You will reserve your order and will pick up from the location closest to you.

Our pick up locations are all across the Bay Area. Drop your city and we will provide you with a location closest to your city!

You can come to any of the pickup windows the week you order regardless of which time you selected. ✨

If you don’t pick up and I don’t hear from you before the following Monday, I will cancel your order and you will forfeit your ice cream.

I drop new flavors every other Monday at 10am. I usually have a mixture of past favorites and new flavors available, but it will be different bi-weekly.

No. Please don’t place an order unless you truly intend to pick it up. It takes the opportunity away from a fellow ice cream lover and refunds hurt my small business.

Yes. Sometimes I might have extra pints that you can buy if you stop by during pickup, but there’s no guarantee.
